Phase I and II
Phase 1: Start by assembling and distributing care kits/packages containing basic essentials. These bags / Ziplocks will consist of basic hygiene items such as Toothbrush, toothpaste, Wipes, Razor and Shaving Cream, Tampons, a hair Brush, Kleenex's and wipes. It will also include a basic wardrobe consisting of Socks, underwear, a pair of Sweats, a poncho, Beanie, Gloves, a Boonie cap, Sunscreen and Shorts with a T-Shirt. We will also provide MRE's, Hand Warmers, Trashbags, Electrolytes and Non- Parishable Foods. The goal will be to focus on reaching homeless individuals in your local area to build trust and understand their immediate needs. This phase helps establish your presence and gather feedback.
Phase 2: As we gain experience and resources, increase production and distribution of care kits. Using insights from Phase 1 to improve the contents and packaging, we will add more expensive items such as a Sleeping Bag, a Tent, a Sleeping Mat, a Water Filter, a Flashlight, headlamp and a Prepaid Burner Phone with a pre-saved number. This will give them the opportunity to reach out to us or to you if you choose if they need any further assistance. We will begin forming partnerships with local organizations, shelters, and volunteers to expand your reach and efficiency. Through these partnerships with local restaurants we will provide pre-paid meal tickets that they can walk into the restaurant, grab and then use.
